研究内容:
从积极心理学和临床心理学的角度探讨心理健康、幸福感、积极人际等主题,聚焦佛教、儒家等中国传统文化中的理念与心理技术,专精于正念(Mindfulness)、慈悲冥想(Four Immeasurables Meditations)、自我怜悯(Self-Compassion)、随喜(Appreciative Joy)等概念的研究和实务应用。作为喜心禅和随喜研究的开创和引领者,发展有全球首个喜心禅干预“喜悦之心”(Heart of Joy)。

实务以正念冥想、慈悲冥想以及积极心理学干预为核心,内容涵盖不同人群的心理健康促进、幸福感提升乃至精神/灵性发展。

开发并验证本土原创的“喜悦之心”等干预,引进并实践接纳与承诺疗法等国外干预。

参与多家教育机构、培训机构、精神病院和监狱的课程与研究,并为公司开发商业正念和积极心理学课程。
