甄宗雷教授

研究方向:具有计算机科学背景,并长期在认知神经科学方向开展工作,存在很强的学科交叉优势,主要采用神经成像,神经编解码模型和行为学方法,研究视觉和决策的神经机制,包括1)基于多种神经信号(fMRI, EEG, MEG)测量技术,结合机器学习模型定量考察视觉和额叶皮层在神经元、体素、脑功能区等不同尺度上对外部刺激的编码和决策机制;2)使用多模态磁共振神经测量技术(MRI, dMRI, fMRI),探索视觉皮层和额叶皮层的神经结构、功能及其发展轨迹;3)基于对人脑结构和功能的发现,开发类脑计算模型。相关研究结果已发表在Nature Neuroscience,Nature Communications,PLoS Biology,The Journal of Neuroscience,NeuroImage,Frontiers in Computational Neuroscience等领域主流期刊。
