　　Conference Introduction

　　With notable improvement of social development and people's living standards, increasing importance of psychology on national welfare and the people's livelihood has been attached to, as applied psychology has met its golden development period in China. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out when he inspected School of psychology, Beijing Normal University, the development of psychology should meet social needs, especially playing an important role in healthy growth of children and adolescences. Based on psychological theory, oriented by effectiveness of problem resolution and professionalization of psychological application, applied psychology emphasizes psychological application on social production and people life, to assist individuals and society to develop into a more positive, healthier and happier mode. Compared with the long development history of applied psychology in international society, many areas of that in Chinese community has only been in the preliminary stage, therefore, conferences featured on communication and cooperation among branches of applied psychology are in great need.

　　The theme of this conference is ‘Applied psychology, aimed to satisfy life and social demands’, for the purpose on ‘promoting dialogue and cooperation among applied psychological areas, integrating theory and practice to contribute to the society’. Conference will invite top international applied psychological experts, collectively demonstrate a series of the latest achievements in applied psychology research and application, covering various areas such as clinical and counseling psychology, user experience, occupational health psychology, human resources management and psychological measurement and et al. The conference will invite distinguished representatives from practical circles to exchange ideas, and build a bridge between the academic and the practical circles, promoting dialogue and exchanges, and propel forward the further development of applied psychological enterprises-universities-researches integration in Chinese societies at home and aboard.

　　With the supposed scale of 2000 people, the conference is one of the largest event in Chinese applied psychology communities.
